Privacy policy
Last updated: July 2026
This policy covers information Ardell Systems collects through this website. It does not cover the systems we build and operate for clients, which are governed by the agreement with that client and described on our trust page.
What we collect
If you email us, we hold your email address and whatever you write. If you book a call, our scheduling provider collects your name, email address, and the time you choose. If you request the vendor checklist, we hold your email address and the fact that you requested it. This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Why we collect it
To answer you, to hold the meeting you booked, and to send you the document you asked for. Nothing else.
Consent and unsubscribe
If you ask for the checklist we will send it, and we will only send you anything further if you agree to it on that form. Every message we send includes an unsubscribe link and our contact details, as Canada's anti-spam legislation requires. Unsubscribing is honoured immediately.
Who else sees it
Our website host, our scheduling provider, and our email provider, some of which operate outside Canada. We do not sell your information and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and their correspondence for two years. Checklist requests until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
Your rights
Under Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act you may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it. Write to hello@ardellsystems.com and we will respond within 45 days, usually much sooner.
Who is responsible
Jordan Ardeleanu is the person responsible for privacy at Ardell Systems. hello@ardellsystems.com.
